california signage
Our brief this week got me thinking of typography within the context of an urban environment. Stylized letter forms and typefaces really impact and define our surroundings. Upon a recent trip to L.A. the first thing I noticed was how the contrast of pastel art deco architecture and bold 1950's neon signs really differentiate it from Montreal. Here are some LA pics:
